Follow these steps
Cast into the water with Q
Face the water and press Q. The tutorial first asks you to throw a bait at the water. A bait on a line in the water tells you this step has happened.
Wait for ready, then press Q again
Follow the next tutorial prompt: wait for the bait to be ready and press Q again. Continue when the scrap has been pulled out; the footage does not establish a fixed waiting time.
Open full-size image ↗The bait is in the water. The top-right tutorial says to wait for it to be ready, then press Q again. PC recording, 02:20. Hold E and carry the scrap to the grinder
Hold E to grab the garbage you pulled out. Move it over the large square opening on the boat and drop it into that opening. Ordinary hand delivery completes this loop; you do not need a special casting angle.
Open full-size image ↗Carry the scrap over this square opening. The tutorial says to hold E, then drop the garbage in the grinder. PC recording, 02:30. Check the G counter
After the scrap goes in, check your money and load display. In the recorded example the balance changes from 0G to 0.08G, with the load back at 0.0/1.5KG. Those numbers describe that catch, not a fixed reward.
Completion signal
The scrap has gone into the grinder and G has increased. The source example shows 0G → 0.08G after hand delivery.
If it does not work
Find the last visible state you reached: bait in the water, scrap pulled out, scrap over the square opening, then payment. Return to that step. Missed casts, lost scrap and dropped items are not demonstrated in this sequence.
Keep going
